The "Odonische Freitagsbühne" (Odonien Friday Stage) is a free concert series held every Friday from May through September in the Odonien Sculpture Park. It offers local and regional musicians, especially emerging artists, a valuable opportunity to perform their music for an audience.
Free admission, 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Concerts usually start at 6:30 or 7:00 p.m.
Cool drinks at the Odonien Bar and vegan tarte flambée and fries from Hempies!
All artists perform for tips—donations are highly encouraged. Come by, bring your friends, and enjoy the summer with us.

DAS ENDE DER LIEBE
Conceived as a counterproposal to our intricate relationship with time in the modern world, Das Ende der Liebe’s music addresses the tension between the ever-demanding pace of contemporary life and our subconscious yearning for moments of reflection and contemplation. Their music pieces are deep sonic spaces that invite listeners to explore the nuances of time, reevaluate and transform their perception of it, and surrender themselves to the band’s magically tempus-stretching aural supernovae.
Andreas Völk (Guitar, Voice, Live Beat- & Sound Processing), Laurenz Gemmer (Yamaha CP70, Ableton Live), Kenn Hartwig (Bass, Nintendo GameBoy) and Thomas Sauerborn (Drums, Synths) are vibrational sound alchemists who crafted a new universe, ever-expanding, built from electronics, acoustics, psychedelics and groove since the year of the portal, 2014.
MIC IN THE FACE IS NOT ON PURPOSE
MIC IN THE FACE IS NOT ON PURPOSE is a collaboration between Cologne-based drummer Jo Beyer and Dutch electro-pop artist FRÉ. The combination of energetic acoustic drums, shimmering synthesizers, and a fearless voice creates a sound that straddles the line between the club and the concert hall.
Their style blends adventurous art-pop with electronica and pulsating, cinematic energy. Driving beats, vibrant soundscapes, and moments that blur the line between rave and dream sequence define their music. With FRÉ’s magnetic stage presence and Jos’s high-energy drumming, the duo creates a world you can fully immerse yourself in.
The "Odonische Freitagsbühne" is based on the principles of non-profit status and diversity. Artists from the independent scene and newcomers, regardless of their level of fame or professional experience, are given the opportunity to participate across all genres. There are no costs to the artists from Odonien, and admission for visitors is free.
